We left Cleveland at 7:30 in the morning on December 26. It was 20 or so degrees outside. When we landed in Orlando at 9:45, it was 75 degrees outside. Needless to say we were so excited to leave the cold Ohio weather behind. We rode the Magical Express bus to our Pop Century hotel located on Disney grounds. As soon as we got there we all changed into our shorts.
The first day we went to the Magic Kingdom. Jeremy and I couldn't wait to see Caylin's face as she saw the castle. She exclaimed, "I see the castle", "Cinderella's castle!" The first ride she rode was the Mad Tea Party (teacups). This is a Daddy ride, because I can't spin around or else I would get sick! Caylin also got to meet Drizella, Anastasia, and the Wicked Stepmother from Cinderella. We also listened to Belle read us a story.
For supper, we ate at Liberty Tree Tavern. This was a Character supper. Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Pluto, and Chip and Dale were there. Caylin loved getting their autographs and giving them hugs and kisses. The characters would twirl her around to look at her. Some danced with her and some played hand games with her. It brought tears to our eyes. She absolutely loved every minute of it.
The food was excellent. It was family style and they gave you as much as you wanted. We started off with dinner rolls with honey butter and a salad with strawberry vinegarette dressing. For the main course they gave us flank steak, pork tenderloin, turkey, dressing, mash potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, and the best green beans ever! For dessert they gave us apple cobbler and ice cream. We were all stuffed!
When we left dinner it was dark outside. We started walking toward Cinerella's castle and we noticed the most beautiful sight. The castle was all lit up with Christmas lights. It was BEAUTIFUL!

Ok, seriously....I AM JEALOUS! : ) No...so glad you could go. I bet Caylin just loved every minute of it. I still want to hear more!!!!!
