Freedom???

This Country we live in (U.S.A.) has been and continues to lose it's freedom. If you have kids in school right now I hope and Pray they don't have to listen to stories about Adam and Steve. The founding Fathers wanted the U.S.A. to be a Christian Country not a Muslim Country. They quoted from the Bible not the Koran. Watch this video if you want to vote for people that will allow same sex marriage in the states that vote for it like Barack said. Vote for McCain if you want to eliminate same sex marriage.

Very depressing story to watch so please be advised.

I can't follow your logic. You're concerned with the loss of Freedom (which I agree, we are FAR from free) but a lot of this has occured with your Republicans in charge. The Democrats are just as bad, I'm not in their camp either. All politicians just want to control the lives of others. So my choices are McCain (Fascist) or Obama (Socialist).... is that really a choice?? Good-bye freedom.

Back to your concern with losing freedom, so you want to "outlaw" gay marriage to "preserve" freedom??? That makes no sense to me.

Also, you may want to reread the first amendment to the US Constitution... "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion...". I don't read that to say anything about a "christian nation". Those may be your beliefs and good for you if they are but to force those beliefs on others, you can't justify that.

And one more note. Many of the founding fathers were Deists (Jefferson, Hamilton, Franklin, Adams, Madison and Paine just to name a few) not Christians.

Mr. Anonymous I believe that the Bible is the word of God and "the only King is Jesus" as John Adams has stated. To label someone as "Christian" or any other Religion is judging them. I just reported what they said and the things they have said were good things it doesn't mean they are focused on Christ. If you believe in the word of God you will see how your freedom is lost from the schools. We were once able to pray in schools and also have the Ten Commandments in schools. We have lost those and now we are losing our minds in school with it is ok or good to have same sex marriage. To be married in the dictionary is to join as husband and wife. Do you understand where I am coming from?

Sounds like theocracy to me, Jeremy. That's all well and good as long as it's YOUR religion. As soon as it is someone else's it is decried as "oppression."

Why does freedom have to be limited only to those who agree with your limited scope of acceptable behavior? BTW that's the way it works in Iran, Saudi Arabia, etc. But it is OK if Christians do it? I don't get it.

Anyway, I hope your off-season training is going well.

It is so hard to write what I want to say. Sorry. In school I had a choice to leave the class room if I felt something was not right in the class room. Kids at the age of 5 have no idea what they are dealing with at that age. Parents send the kids to school and hope and pray there kids aren't brain washed. I will pray it doesn't happen here. Kids are learning so much at an early stage in there life compared to us.
