Big Races.....

I would like to do them all but I work for a living, cycling is just for fun. Sometimes you like doing the big races as long as you don't wreck. Since I am not fit enough for Road racing, Crit races will have to do. I have never liked doing crit races and the best part is when the crit is done and no blood is dripping off your body or no broken bones. Still after all the wrecks I have been in I still go back for more. I guess riding 8 hours a week avg for the year and lining up at the same line with all the Big pros is cool. That is the last time I see them though, unless God powers me to the line with them. I always look back and wonder how that happened. I get dropped on some of the local club rides. Well that is the great thing about cycling you can save 30 % of your energy sitting in the field and so if they are putting out 400 watts you only have to put out 280 watts. You can even keep up with the big boys if you are 50 years old. Just riding the bike is fun for me I could do it without racing every weekend. The only thing that keeps me going back to races is I love to compete. I have never been one to compete only or by myself but when the season starts it helps me to get into shape, racing shape. This saturday will be my second race but will be more like my first, since my first race was almost 7 weeks ago. So I don't know what God has planned for me but maybe by your votes and comments it will help us decide.

Please Vote!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you

Jeremy

We are trying to listen to what God wants us to do. Our car needs fixed so that will help us decide to go to a big race or not. The part could be 50 dollars or could be a lot more. It is the switch to the A/C on our car. The other car already has no A/C so we need one of them to work. Please pray for a low cost on repairs. It is being worked on today. Thanks

I misspelled a word had to delete it.

Well thanks for the votes, prayers, and reading. God has been listening to our prayers and has answered our prayers. To make a long story short our refrigerator has been bad for awhile. Also our cars both had no a/c. Well, I want to do every race on the calendar, because I love it! Becky is awesome and I am so proud and blessed she is my wife. We make decisions together and pray together. Becky had said if the car isn't too expensive to fix then we can travel down to the races. We already new how much it would be to fix the frige but the car problem came about one week before the deadline for race registration and was fixed with a very low price.

Now this doesn't mean that things are going to go good, we have no idea what trials lie ahead. The best thing to do is just keep our focus on God and how every time He gets us through every time.

Please pray for our safety and health as Becky is starting to have a cold, also for me as I am struggling with health problems that will be healed with time. Caylin is doing great as she played with Andrew from MI and the Gray family. We had a wonderful weekend and thank the Gray family for taking time to come and visit with us.

I really enjoyed all my years racing. But I got to tell you, I have a lot more fun now just riding whenever I want to and never having to feel like my life revolves around my training.
As for the car...who needs AC anyways?
